Christmas Memories of 2011
It’s so hard to believe Christmas has come and gone. Why must it always go by so fast every year? For me, Christmas is the time I finally get to see my entire family get together in NH. I try to pack in as much social activities as I possibly can with friends and family while I am there. This year’s trip was extra special to me.

Washington, DC Daycation
For months, my husband and I have been talking about visiting D.C. Finally, a business trip brought us close to the city and gave us an excuse to spend two nights there.
Where we stayed: The George Washington University Inn
A small inn located in the prestigious residential neighborhood of historic Foggy Bottom. Our room/suite was spacious and even included a kitchenette. This came in handy as there weren’t many gluten free restaurants close by. We were able to run to the local Whole Foods Market to pick up meals to cook on our own!

This hotel was perfect for the traveling business man or woman. The room was open and well lit. It included complimentary Wi-Fi and a bathroom larger than we have at home! The sights to see in Boston, MA are endless. You have history, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and more! As the home of the Patriots, Bruins, Red Sox and Celtics there is always a game to see. As ESPN put it, Boston has “four teams, seven titles, ten years, do the math”. You are guaranteed to see something great while you are visiting.
